The BASTION end-user license agreement, terms of service, and privacy policy for the hosted service are under attorney review and will be published here before accounts open.

The short version of our privacy stance: your data is yours. We host it; we do not mine it. We do not scan, index, read, or otherwise inspect the contents of the files you store. Our security logs record account activity — that an operation happened, when, and how much data moved — never your filenames or the contents of your files.

Because we have no visibility into what you upload, the content you store and share is your responsibility. You are responsible for holding the rights to it and for ensuring it is lawful to store and distribute; Phoenix Thrivers LLC does not review or endorse it.

The BASTION hosted service is owned and operated by Phoenix Thrivers LLC.
